Positive environmental impact, but careless in its treatment of DR holders

Triodos clearly has a positive environmental impact, but has been careless in its treatment of DRs and DR holders. Its Dutch-based management structure, apparently intended to prevent takeover, holds back a full realization of the value of the bank. While possibly necessary in the past, it is no longer justified. It would be better to move to a modern commercial structure to support Triodos' growth. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
