A banking model for the future

Ethical, Friendly and Efficient

All my interactions with Triodos bank have been friendly, efficient and helpful in clarifying anything I have needed help with. I have never had such a service from a bank in my life. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

Our planet 'needs' banks like this more than ever.

I first became involved in investing with Triodos following my son and myself looking all over for ethical ways to invest some money. This was not an easy task! But it seems that Triodos are one of the few places that we found that are entirely open about not only who they invest with but how this money is spent. This was so wonderful to discover in a world driven by financial profits at any cost to life and humanity. In addition, whenever I have had an isuue I needed to speak to someone about not only are they easy to contact but they are patient and explain clearly and in a friendly manner, whatever I need to clarify or arrange. One of the few ethical and safe places you can keep your money

Members of my family have used Triodos for some years for investment purposes. Apart from the obvious ethical reasons for using them in the first place, they have found that whenever they need advice, support or help with dealing with banking investment processes and transactions, that help is easily available and very friendly in it's delivery. Often bureaucracy can be daunting and it's easy to feel frustrated or 'stupid' for not understanding things and you will never feel that with Triodos. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
