Zoe - excellent customer service

I phoned to try and get further help regarding a payment that hadn't reached our account. Zoe was able to reassure me that the money had been deposited an hour before and that all was in order. Such a relief. She was professional but very friendly and sympathetic - a pleasure to talk to. She showed genuine interest in me as a person - so refreshing after dealing with the other company!
