I have used Nationwide for personal banking for over 35 years. When they brought out the app it worked well, and I have not needed to go into a branch for many years but the ser ice has always been excellent.

I have been with Revolut since 2017 and find the service and the rates excellent. No matter where I've travelled Revolut delivers the best and most cost effective solution. I would give it eleven out of ten if I could.

I've been with Revolut for several years. I joined them right at the beginning as I was looking for a simple way to have foreign currency whilst travelling in several different Asian countries, and found it worked flawlessly both as a debit card and in obtaining cash from the machines. I then started to use it for foreign exchange as well and was very pleased both with the speed and the rates obtained. I also can say that customer service has been excellent on the few times I needed it. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a modern way of banking and is happy using an app on their phone.
