Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

The BEST current account provider

There’s just something about the simplicity but vast functionality of the starling app. So many features that the big banks are slow to catch up with. Some have similar features but they just can’t do it as well. Such as: the budgeting features and sheer amount of categories to make it personalised to you; The ability to separate your money however you see fit without having to apply for god knows how many savings accounts and then waiting a day for them to be set up. The user interface is clean, and professional. But it’s also fresh. All banking mobile apps look the same but starling stands out on top. Customer support is superb also. Quick response and incredibly helpful. I think that shows the staff clearly must feel good about the company they work for! P.s I work for one of the big 4!! And I cannot believe how many simple features starling have (that make it the best!) that we just can’t evolve. We’ll always be stuck in our old ways, trying to develop into a digital world without a clue what to do. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023
