Ethical. Customer service great

Triodos customer service always pick up the phone within 2 minutes, and are always helpful, completely different to my previous experience with Lloyds, who were rubbish at customer service. Triodos have excellent sustainability ethics, mu reason for changing to them Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

The best for customer service

I changed to Tridios because of their ethical approach to investments, but a huge bonus is that when I ring Tridios I'm speaking to a real person in less than 5 minutes. Any other bank is 30 minutes + Reviewed on: 20th January 2023
