Bad experience be aware who you dealing with

Never increased the credit limit from 300gbp it’s been more then a year and I have very good credit score although they asked for a loan which was pre-approved but they just didn’t lend me and couldn’t give me any satisfactory answer they said their system errors if I want I can reapply so they will do another hard credit search which not good for my credit score also I can’t apply anywhere else as I already had a hard credit search whether I got my loan or not it damaged my score .
