they are friendly on the phone. The website is simple and efficient where other banks ‘ websites are full of irritating adverts.i also like the quote of how much CO2 my investments with Triodos have saved. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

great experience

I’m glad I switched to Triodos. Aside from having my finances with an ethical bank they provide a really good service. The website is simple and user-friendly (no adverts as with my previous bank) and the customer service is polite and efficient. great experience! Reviewed on: 21st January 2023
