Glad I Made The Move

I have been running a Starling current account in parallel with my HSBC current account for some months. Everything with Starling ran smoothly from the start and queries answered by the excellent customer support team in a friendly, knowledgable and professional manner. HSBC continues to have strong links with China and still trades with Russia, so I decided to switch. The process went smoothly with all direct debits etc moving over without any problems,. AS bonus was that my payees were also transferred over, so there was no setting up new accounts for them. More than satisified with Starling and an added plus point is that I can withdraw cash from banks in Greece without a surcharge. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023
