In the main they have been very good.

In the main they have been very good. I like the app and it is easy to achieve most things I want to. Hoiwever, several times I have tried to get a particular issue resolved but have not got any satisfaction. This has cost me £200 so far and I am still waiting for some help. So easy to use, far more options and assistance than any other bank.

As an old person, I though ebanking would be difficult. I have found that going with Starling is the best decision I have made in a long time. Easy to use and with multiple options as to how you can personalise your own account to tell you what you want to know, when you want it. The savings sections are brilliant. I'd give it 100%.
