Fantastic product and support

Firstly, the sign-up process was great. No need to go to a physical bank, just proof of ID, proof of address and using the app to scan your face so it can biometrically verify it against your ID. Once verified, you get your card within 3-4 days (Royal Mail dependant), and activate it in the app. I have been with Starling for almost a year and I love the development it is constantly making and listening to community feedback.
