Helped me work out I needed to ditch my fixed rate mortgage

Last summer, as interest rates started to climb, I was weighing up if I should ditch my current fix and secure a new deal then, even though I had a year to go on my current fixed rate and ending early would cost me a lot in early repayment charges. It was a really complicated calculation to make and I scoured the internet for a tool to help and Nous was literally the only one that helped me to answer my question. In the end, I did pay the huge fee to repay early and switch, but given what's happened to interest rates since I'm incredibly pleased I did, but I am not sure I would have had the confidence to proceed if I'd not found Nous' tool.
