Well Deserved

Before joining the Family Building Society I had previous experience with others where I was treated by most as just a Computer number. From the day I joined the FBS I knew it was the right choice I have been with them several years for my Mortgage and Savings accounts. On occasions when I needed help with something, the Management and staff on each and every occasion have been helpful, friendly and polite. Their high standards have never dropped. So, in conclusion I would just say, anyone thinking of changing their present Building Society then look no further. You will wonder why you have waited so long.I believe any review should be Honest,Fair and Unbiased and I have tried to be just that. Ron Davis. A member of the Family.
