Great customer service

Visited local branch to enquire about opening an additional current account. Had originally only intended to ask for some advice but the lady on site offered to help me set it up there and then which I did. All through the process I felt extremely satisfied with the explanation given and left feeling a job well done Reviewed on: 1st February 2023
