Penalising Loyal Customers

My house buildings & contents renewal came through today. The premium is increasing from £250 to £337 pa, that’s 35%! How can they possibly justify this? No claims, no change in circumstances. This is nothing but persecution of loyal customers. Needless to say I’ll be shopping around on Monday. I bet if I was a new customer….. maybe a case for involving the Ombudsman.
