A friendly and very helpful phone call with Nelly!

I rang Tide , where I have a company registration and business account application being processed. I was very worried because I'd realised I'd given the wrong phone number for the application. Nelly was so reassuring and told me how she was arranging to have the details changed. I felt much happier after the call. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
