Avanti Travel Insurance IS A TOTALLY FRAUDULENT ORGANISATION

when I had to claim for repatriation, following emergency abdominal surgery abroad, Avanti said my travel insurance with them policy was invalid because travel to eh country in question was advised against by HM government because of covid restrictions. I didn’t know this, but Avanti insurance, with whom I discussed my trip before going, knew this and could have told me. But in the spirit of the Kray brothers, they let me go, to take my premium, but then declared the policy they had sold me to be invalid. the financial ombudsman service, whose fees Avanti pay like all other regulated companies, merely supported Avanti.
