Terrible service when scammed

NatWest has been awful when’s scam took place that was obviously an inside share of data problem. Not accountability, hours waiting and being transferred to the wrong people, stress like we’ve never known, lost 21k. Fake NatWest website, didn’t respond to money being transferred quickly to get it back, waiting, slow, service people were useful. Bank relationship managers for business and personal were useful and had no autonomy to do anything. Over £10m gone through act and awful service Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Enabler to getting my expenditure sorted

Well, I was spending a lot… on things I never realised mounted up. With the cost of living being very apparent the app enabled me to assess how much I was spending in areas… personal care was super high and this made me pull back. Subscriptions… even though Apple enable you to cancel when you look at it across the year… it really mounts up. A reality check. Seeing spending over the year is really important so you can prioritise. I realised I didn’t spend that much on clothes… I wasn’t hardly in budget so I bought myself bits I wanted Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
