Overall positive experience with HSBC, however I will say that online support could be improved as wait times are very long

Great app. Very accessible and easy to use. Lowest fees and easy hands off money collection feature so I don’t even realise I’m saving. 2 years later I’ve squirrelled away 10k, 2k of which was government bonus and in addition I get a great 3% interest on top.
