Moneybox - Incredibly user-friendly app!!!

The Moneybox app is incredibly user-friendly and provided me the confidence to start my investing journey. I've had a few questions over the past couple of years since opening my account, and their online chat service has always been incredibly helpful. No question is too big or too small for the Moneybox team and they have always been very prompt in replying to me. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Very user-friendly app, great introduction to stocks & shares

I have had a Lifetime ISA with Moneybox for almost two years now and have absolutely no complaints. The app is very user-friendly and any queries I have had in the past were very quickly resolved by their helpful and approachable customer service team. Given my positive history with Moneybox I decided to open a Stocks & Shares ISA and my only regret is not having opened one sooner! The app offers helpful advice for people who are not familiar with investing and Moneybox’s different investing options are great. Very happy customer! Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
