Easy, clear, supportive

Incredibly easy to use current account and understand the app. Lots of helpful hints/tips in the FAQs and on Monzo’s socials (which is also excellent for realist and humorous content!). Great customer support in place. Lots of security safety built in to protect your account/information but not daunting. Brilliant, clear and communicative

I had a lifetime ISA with Moneybox and cashed that in in 2021 to buy my first place. Was really easy to use, keep track off and get responses from the customer service team. I have also had a Stocks and shares ISA with Moneybox for many years now. It has always been easy to use, lots of different fund options (and growing all the time), easy to use and see changes over time, the Moneybox+ cashbacks were a nice addition for a while, putting money in is easy, getting money out when you need it is also easy enough. Again, communication and support is always excellent! I have also collected all my old pension pots with Moneybox and can see the growth every day.
