Incredibly helpful and easy to work with

There was a small problem accessing my account but thankfully Tide's helpline was quick and easy and I was soon connected to Nelly who made the entire process a breeze. She made sure I understood any terms & conditions that were conveyed and fully felt like she was on my side to make the call as easy as possible. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
