The best banking experience I've experienced

I have dealt with a few banks over the years and Moneybox achieves time and time again. My experience with other organisations, cough ottish idows cough, was dismal in comparison. I was able to speak to an actual person over chat, who responded quickly and answered my actual questions effectively. They were polite. The biggest thumbs up comes in when, as soon as Moneybox was involved my transfer of pension was quick and communication better from the previous providers. The previous providers had spent time passing me between offices and leaving me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time when they heard I was trying to leave and rude staff demanding I leave my phone number. Thank you Moneybox for saving me and my pension from mismanagement. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
