I need to know how to contact monesse apart from mail as they had stopped responding to my e-mail. they closed my account and promised to refund the balance in my account within fifteen working days. it had been about 30 working days now and i am yet to get anything from them. They initially said they had payment problem from thier account department and then stopped responding to my e-mails completely. What should i do please Reviewed on: 2nd March 2018
