Money disappeared

I wouldn't bank with HSBC anymore as all my money disappeared from my account and when I went to the bank they told me the money never existed Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Used to be good

I have been banking with Lloyds for a long time and they haven't offered me anything useful and have kept all my accounts even my savings locked into low interest rates and never offered me any overdraft or anything. They have only provided basic banking services and I used to like them because compared to other banks they didn't have ridiculous security for simple things and didn't spy on you but now it's changed and there's really no point banking with them anymore, they don't provide me with anything but a very simple bank account and don't value me as a customer even though I'm a high earner and have a lot of savings. The good thing about them compared to other banks was that they were good for international transfers but now there's others available that are better Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Chase offers great savings interest rates and easy access to your money plus it's fast, reliable and their app is very easy to use with a nice and clean modern design, they also have a great rewards and round up schemes Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Payments are slow to clear, the app isn't so easy to sign in and online banking is more difficult and there's no interest available on savings. They do however have good customer service Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

They are very basic

The customer service at Cashplus has always been great, they have been very helpful and treated me fairly. The costs of having a business account with them is excessive, the annual card fee is ridiculous and the banking facilities are very basic and payments take forever to clear Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
