Tried their switching service and was looking forward to the introductory offer plus a regular savings account - I have spent so much time on the phone (40 mins then 43 mins then 30 mins) with no success at all - sorry - I did receive 3 of their sign in devices!!! I have now given up and will need to set up my DD's yet again with First Direct who actually know what they doing. M&S Advertising and Promises are impressive - Delivery of their promises is not.
