The worst thing ever!!!!

The worst thing ever!!!!! - I needed to pay deposit for my new apartment (for rent) needed 2000euro. - I know I can only withdrawal 300 a day, which is ok. - So the first 2 days I made the withdrawal of 300. - the thrid day when I tried to withdrawal another 300 it was not possible, (something with a limit - I belived it was maybe an error on their side. I then went to do do some shopping, when I had to pay the card was declined, the card is not working?!?!?! - I been sending 5 emails 1 on facebook, 7 chat messages, - NO ANSWER! - They havent even send me an email why my account is blocked. - I only use it for my salary and my freelance.. If this is the case for your account, you should have received a note from our team (on the email address registered to your Monese account). If you haven't, please call our Customer Support team to discuss: https://monese.com/contact With regard to account limits, you can always find these in our Terms - https://monese.com/terms - although please note that you can always pay such deposits by bank transfer (for which the ATM withdrawal limit wouldn't apply)!
