Easy & Efficient Even for Nan!

I was a more than a little worried about not actually having a ‘proper card’’ it was just so alien to me as a 60 something grandmother to have a card on your phone. I’m not a complete technophobe but this online card idea was very new to me and I particularly worried about account security. However once I got over the shock and started using my Bip ‘card’ I not only realised how easy it was to use but everything else about Bip was so easy and straight forward. Making payments, viewing statements and having my worries and concerns answered by the online chat staff and believe me they certainly earned their wages when dealing with me! As time has gone by I’ve gained complete confidence in everything Bip, using my ‘card’, checking my statements and especially the security of my account. I just wish all my accounts were accessible and easy to use. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
