Brillant Phone App remarkably simple and amazingly easy to use

I have been with BIP now for 18 months and what amazes me is how easy it is to use whether you are buying in a shop or online and the response from BIP when you have bought something in the way they let you know how much you have spent with the easy tool they have which is spending cap and you set it yourself.
