Great day to day but failed to help when I was scammed

I find Tide very easy to use for the day to day running of my business however, when I was setting up my company I was unfortunately scammed and Tide were absolutely no help whatsoever. I was really disappointed with the lack of care, lack of empathy and lack of action to help and support me through a really traumatic situation. The situation is still to this day unresolved and not a single person has bothered to contact me back Regarding it. It’s a huge shame because as said previously, I enjoy using the app but as soon as o can I will be leaving. Thank you x Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
