Remember these guys are usually coming in significantly cheaper than others on the comparison sites that you are directed to from places like Autotrader, so they are going to be busy and usually people tend to leave reviews when something upsets them. My personal remote "online" interactions with them have been good thus far. I'm a careful considerate driver and have a heap of NCB so don't expect to be needing to contact them "fingers crossed" . The saving was great and the process of getting cover was pain free.
