Extremely poor company

One call, please please please, stay clear. Absolutely disgusting. Like one of the previous reviews, failed to enter a non fault accident which happened 3 years ago, my mistake, but was charged £98 even though they had much more than 48 hours to check details. Bizarre, after the policy started, then I was notified of the discrepancy, this company should not be allowed to trade. Cooling off period in my experience, is just that, maybe a small admin charge, but £49.99 plus charges, just be warned. If I could find a way of warning people on social media, I would do so.
