Love my app banking - good standard customer service

When I first joined Monzo I lost a no card and had to travel to New York the day after- they invited me to their office that day to pick up a new card and fast tracked everything- I will never forget that first class experience - I love the easy access pots - it’s revolutionised my budgeting etc - my grandmother could do this it’s so easy and convenient- no other bank comes close to this Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Brilliant value for small or new businesses and entrepreneurs
