Sadly I cannot give them NO STAR

Sadly I cannot give them NO STAR. I would if I could. As a small business we have banked with them for over 10 years and today they took all our money and shut our business account down - insisting that we had been warned as we were not responding to their apparent request to confirm our address (which is still the same as it was in day 1 when we started banking with them) ! This was a huge shock and our calls for help were met with rude and unhelpful responses. We are left hanging with payment from our online hanging in the air. We have now opened a new business account with another bank. Apparently the money that was in the account is going to be sent to us by check! What a terrible way to treat your customers.
