Absolutely rip off!!!

Stay clear from these people they lie they take in authorise payments didn’t receive tracker and I work from home so after 2 and a half weeks they have taken £389 out of my account. Won’t cancel unless I except 192 refund. Please just don’t go there. Can’t get through have to use a portal rude like anything. Should not be trading at all!!!
