Great customer service

I’ve held a current account with Metro for over six years now. Anytime I have an issue, their customer reps are quick to remedy it. I’ve lived in two locations during this time, and both were at least a 20-minute drive to the nearest branch. Last time I needed in-person customer assistance, the young man helping me kept at it fifteen minutes past close to finally get the issue resolved, despite his and his neighbours keyboards refusing to work for parts of our meeting. Effective & efficient, rapid response time, fees

I’ve been banking with Tide for approximately 20 months, since the start of my first business. I have had very few issues which I appreciate. Even with a basic membership you get a fair number of perks, and during our banking time together I’ve been given a handful of free months of premium service which did prove valuable, especially when saving me from transaction fees. Customer service is great. My wait time is a joke compared to other companies; almost instant replies. Are they the best banking company out there? Maybe. They’re the company I work with presently, and I have been given no reasons to seek out another. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023
