horrible

HORRIBLE! my card stopped working due to missing payment after falling ill for a few weeks and not earning as much. yet I was sent a message and it said if I made the minimum amount, the action would be stopped (min amount due on 16 February 2023) and paid it on 27 Jan. card says it is accessible and unblocked on the app but still not able to use it. Contacted over the phone and was told because of missed payments I can't use it. I explained I paid the requested amount (on 27 Jan) when I received the message to stop the card from working and way in advance of the minimum payment due date (16 Feb). yet they were giving like "oh well" answers. very unhelpful.
