Should be ashamed!

Should be ashamed, taking the money of the wrong bank account, then applying a fee which is almost as big as the actual payment, under the trading standards and consumer rights this is unfair! Failing to notify the consumer of missed payment, and applying the charge is not right! Telephone customer service is shocking, rude "assistant" named Abrsede, that could barely speak English, found almost impossible to understand what he was saying. Will encourage all my family and friends to leave this provider including myself and go elsewhere for good! Reviewed on: 15th February 2023
