Smooth app, great customer service

This has been a great way to give my teenage son some financial independence. Whilst being able to have some control over things and see his spending decisions. The app works well and my son had even worked out how to hive some of his money off into a savings pot before I realised that was available functionality. Needed to provide him with money for a trip to London and hit the daily limit with him stood at a train station needing some extra money to get home. A phone call to customer services sorted it out in under 5 minutes. Very impressed all round. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023
