App was awful customer service too

As a customer I lasted 2 days the app drove me completely crazy it wasn’t let me sign up and when I contacted the customer service has been worse than anything else no solution even installing it again therefore I decided to close the account it seems being an easy task but actually wasn’t I carry on receiving welcome emails and how to use the card when I actually forward on several emails my intention to close the account I am still waiting that this simple task will me performed overall a very awful experience Reviewed on: 9th April 2018
