Easy straightforward banking

Opening an account was easy, none of these credit agency checks, where bankers can write what they like. All costs are shown clearly, when making payments you are told what the charge will be before the transaction. I have used customer service a few times, always found the staff to be polite and extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

On the ocassions I have needed customer services, I have found them to be polite, courteous and helpful. If they need to get back to me, it's in a reasonable time frame. I have no hesitation in recommending them, again! Reviewed on: 9th January 2024
