Easy on-line process via Informative and helpful staff

I applied on-line for a loan. The agent talked me through a questionnaire and explained my legal rights and terms of the loan. I was given the opportunity to discuss and consider manageable repayments over realistic years/terms . I found the agent professional , non judgemental and neutral . There was no pressure or sales talk throughout my experience. The agent also explained the process as to what would happen next and the time frame in which it would occur .
