Excellent Postal Savings Service

My wife has postal accounts with the Dudley and I help her with the admin. The service we get from the Dudley is consistently excellent. In particular, the turnround / response times when opening accounts and/or depositing funds is absolutely first class. Everything gets dealt with as soon as the Dudley receives whatever we've sent and documents (e.g. updated passbooks) are returned equally promptly - always with an easy to follow covering letter. In our fairly broad experience of postal savings, no-one does it better than the Dudley. We're impressed and grateful for the service. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
