I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. The new Debit card never arrived Obviously due to this major error

Providing excellent facilities within the App however it remains a shame replacement cards are not given recorded delivery option hence striking down 1 star from my rating.

Love the ease of using Natwest including the range of accounts available and the flexibility on the table which other banks don't offer
