Always helpful

Nat West has gone to great lengths to make their online services intuitive. I appreciate the efforts the bank has made to do this over the last 5 or so years. The app was clunky and limited in features. But now it covers all I need including features like getting a PDF to print or read on screen to check a bill. So much better than paper statements. And staff at our local branch are happy to offer advice if you explain what you’re were hoping to do in the app when you got stuck. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
