Excellent

I switched to using my NW banking app at the suggestion of my sons who advised I needed to ‘ go with the times’ and initially hesitant, I absolutely love it now and would be lost without it, I use it every day to check my balance, it’s so easy and convenient to use and great for being able to make payments, I love it and it just suits all my needs. I have been with NW for 40 plus years and don’t intend to go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
