Don't help those in need

I have faced serious hardship and my bank has never helped me, I have tried get a loan so many times and every time I have been refused when the loan I'm asking for is such a small amount so I know I can afford the repayments but still they have always said no, the banking app itself is easy to use but that's the only good thing I could say about natwest.
