Pain free first time buying

After being let down by the Halifax - offered a 95% mortgage and 3 weeks after putting an offer in they changed the offer to an 80% mortgage - called Mojo on Monday and by Friday I had a better offer with very little effort on my part. No commission/fees to pay and excellent communication throughout the process Reviewed on: 19th February 2023
