Awful greedy bank

I am in receipt of universal credit and my bank knows this but unfortunately for the last 1-2 years they have been charging me for my use of overdraft that I cannot get out of due to being on universal credit so what they’re doing is making me struggle more and making sure there are days in the month that I starve due to not being able to afford food. The best part is they charge me when I have no overdraft left meaning that they’re pushing my account into unwarranted overdraft so they can charge me even more. NatWest are borderline thief's and I recommend everybody stays away from them Reviewed on: 19th February 2023
