Review of the Vanquis, Credit builder credit card:

Vanquis is a card I trust

I have had a Vanquis card for a number of years my credit score was very low due to a major life change and I really needed a bit more help to start climbing the credit score ladder. Vanquis helped me by trusting me with a credit card with a small limit and assured me that if I used the card correctly it would help me build up my score. They as a company have never harassed me always offered small increases to help me and always explained I could always turn down an increase and to make sure I could afford the payments. Many years later my score is now excellent I still use Vanquis my credit amount is exactly where I want it. You don’t get harassed if you turn down an increase and they are always there if you need them and are always happy to answer any questions and help you if you find yourself having difficulties. I am happy to stay with this company and intend to be with them for many more years Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

Helpful and friendly

I have been with NatWest for a while and have found them to be efficient friendly and very helpful their customer service is excellent whether it is in person in the bank or on the phone. Nothing seems to be to much trouble and have always been treated with respect no matter what my query has been.
